Use
This machine is suitable for cashmere, camel wool, yak wool and other raw materials. The main function is to open and loosen the original wool, remove impurity, remove coarse, remove dandruff, and make qualified non-plush for use in the next process.
2. Structural features
1. The feed part is composed of feed plate and compressible feed roller. It is easy and reliable to operate by pressing lever spring and eccentric operating handle.
2. Loose roller and dust removal knife part, where the wool can be fully opened to remove impurities and rough wool.
3. For the parts of cylinder and revolving cover plate, the fully combed wool can be used to remove coarse wool, dandruff and short fluff here.
4. Equipped with a new cutting knife, it is simple, compact and reliable.
5. At the right end of the roller, the speed switch of the roller is installed, and the speed of the roller is tested to prevent squeezing.
6. The machine safety cover is partially enclosed. The machine switch is placed in front of the right side of the machine.
7. The user can be equipped with automatic feed box controlled by photoelectric switch.
